CENA Construction, an acronym for our little girls, is owned by husband and wife Scott and Victoria Aspinall. Scott started apprenticing for my dad when he was fifteen, but even before that, he was watching his dad work all the time. His dad is, to this day, the most sought-after contractor in Estevan because he values quality and relationships. He passed on these values and Scott is now servicing the Regina and Pilot Butte area. With 10 years of new home construction and home renovation experience in Regina and another 7 years of experience working with his dad in Estevan, Scott will be able to discuss almost any home renovation.
